3. Trade-In Terms

3.1 Ownership

By selling a device to us, you confirm that:

You are the legal owner of the device
The device is not stolen, lost, or subject to any third-party claims
The device is not subject to any outstanding finance agreements
For Apple devices: Find My iPhone/iPad is disabled and iCloud is signed out

3.2 Valuation

All valuations are subject to physical inspection of the device. The final price may differ from any online estimate if the device condition differs from the description provided.

3.3 Payment

Payment is made via bank transfer at the time of sale. Once payment is made and you leave the premises, the sale is final.

3.4 ID Requirements

We may require valid photo ID for high-value transactions to comply with regulations.

4. Repair Terms

4.1 Estimates

Repair estimates are provided based on the reported fault. Additional issues discovered during repair may result in revised quotes.

4.2 Warranty

Repairs are covered by a warranty as specified at the time of service. The warranty covers the specific repair performed and does not extend to other components or pre-existing issues.

4.3 Data

While we take care with your device, we are not responsible for data loss during repairs. We recommend backing up your device before bringing it in for repair.

4.4 Uncollected Devices

Devices not collected within 90 days of notification will be considered abandoned and may be disposed of or recycled.

5. Data Handling

All devices purchased or recycled undergo secure data wiping to industry standards. Data destruction certificates are available on request for business customers.

6. Liability

Our liability is limited to the value of the transaction or repair. We are not liable for indirect losses, consequential damages, or loss of data.

8. Governing Law
